Paul has been responsible for running the company's solid state lighting business since its inception in 2006. Paul's 22 years experience in the electronics industry - nine of which have been with Arrow - has included a variety of technical and management roles involving displays, lighting and environmental technologies. With qualifications in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering and Management , Paul is a member of several professional bodies including the IEEE, the Institute of Leadership and Management, and the Association of MBAs.
