AP Technologies supply 350 to 950nm LEDs from Opto Diode Corporation, The Fox Group, Inc. and Lumex, Inc. along with LED controllers from Gardasoft Vision.
ODC are the world leader in high peak power NIR LEDs used in military and commercial applications with night vision equipment and cameras. ODC also supply high volume industrial applications such as optical encoders.
ODC's Metal Reflector Array (MRA) technology combines low thermal resistance substrates with high optical efficiency beam-shaping reflector cavities to provide compact and low-profile high power LED arrays with beam angles of ±15° to ±55°. Standard MRA devices are available from 395nm to 870nm.

Fox Group offer UV LEDs at 350nm and 360nm with very tight wavelength control (±1nm) and narrow spectral width (10nm). Fox's UV-A LEDs are offered in 5 mm moulded thru-hole packages and PLCC-2 surface mount designs as well as flat-window and lensed hermetic TO-46 designs.
Lumex have a wide range of SMT and thru-hole visible LEDs including 1W. They also supply Light Pipes; LED & LCD Displays; & Backlights.
Gardasoft controllers are available in 2- to 8-channel configurations with DC and pulsed outputs, including high speed modulation. Push-button, Ethernet & RS-232 control options are available.
APT also supplies photodiodes and detector/preamps.
